We provide clients with a broad understanding of global strategic trends across the three paradigms of: security (physical and cyber risk), economic (industry, sector, region, and country-specific trends), and political (supra-national, international, regional, and domestic).

Operational risk analysis. Provide clients with an understanding of operating risk specific to their business, industry, or sector across the paradigms of: security (physical security of operating elements, including goods and personnel, cyber risk, both domestic and international), economic, political (international, domestic and local government including corruption), and judicial (independence of the judiciary, power of the courts, enforcement ability).

Crisis and Resilience. We help organisations assess and monitor risks that could cause crises, prevent and avoid crises when possible, and establish response plans for potential crises as well as intelligently design organisational architecture for processes, standards and delivery of services to maximise a robust organisation to be able to withstand operational stresses and constant change.
